|Recommended: YesSome maintenance things weren’t done — I had cabinets in the kitchen loose, a screw broken in a mirror, something metal still in the garbage disposal, a broken countertop, and the TV in the living room won’t turn on even though it seems it’s plugged in. Other than that, noise is fine and the grounds are pretty. You can’t hear peoples’ conversations through walls, but obviously windows you can. It’s a nice property for students A lot better than dorms.

|Recommended: YesApartment Review — Overall it’s a great environment and great place to stay. Very comfortable and affordable. The cleanliness of the apartment could’ve been way better. When I walked in the apartment smelled like weed there were burn holes on the couch. My room carpet was dirty and also had a smell. I was not expecting the beds to look like that, I would suggest getting up to date beds that have headboard. But again overall everything is great. Nice living area. Very peaceful.

|Recommended: YesLakeside Living — I have thoroughly enjoyed living at lakeside student living. The staff is always super friendly and makes the establishment feel like home. It’s not just during work but outside of work as well that shows their level of professionalism and kindness. Parish did a wonderful job going out of his way to help with a flat tire. Jacob has a kind heart and not only fixed our dryer quickly but also laughed with us like family. I would definitely return to this apartment complex in the future. Thank you for all your hard work
