submitted by John-Matthew L. - |Recommended: YesThe atmosphere is amazing at Lakeside — I love pretty much everything about being here at Lakeside, they are so helpful when it comes to helping you with your lease, answering questions, or just getting an issue resolved quickly. It is amazing to have so many amenities at one of the best rates in town and still have amazing apartments as well. My favorite part is how hard it is to hear anybody in the nearby rooms. I can barely even hear my roommates while they are in their rooms' when their door is closed.

submitted by Justin D. - |Recommended: YesMiles ahead of any dorm you could get at MSU — For 425 a month, Lakeside is an absolute steal. Don't bother living on campus in a dorm. Lakeside is cheaper and offers amenities that far exceed every dorm on campus. You don't even have to worry about parking. I fully expect to spend the next 3 years here at Lakeside.
