|Recommended: YesBest College Apartment So Far — This is only the second college apartment complex that I've been at, but so far it's really good We had issues with cleanliness and staff at our previous apartment but everyone here is really nice and our apartment was so clean when we moved in. We haven't been here long so I don't know how good maintenance is but I have high hopes. So far I would recommend Lakeside to anyone who asks about it.

|Recommended: YesNice — It's pretty good so far especially for a first move, I would say the garbage disposal is so loud. And the washing machine is also really loud, might be broken Or just old. But other than that it's decent.

|Recommended: YesNoise — The place is quite nice, however, my room is near the air conditioning units and it is quite loud. It is bearable but probably the biggest gripe I have with my lodgings.
