|Recommended: YesBest College Apartment So Far — This is only the second college apartment complex that I've been at, but so far it's really good We had issues with cleanliness and staff at our previous apartment but everyone here is really nice and our apartment was so clean when we moved in. We haven't been here long so I don't know how good maintenance is but I have high hopes. So far I would recommend Lakeside to anyone who asks about it.
|Recommended: YesGreat quality and staff — Everything was cleaned well on prior to move in. Staff is friendly and extremely helpful. One of the best places for students despite the distance from campus.

|Recommended: YesCory — Great place
|Recommended: YesNice — It's pretty good so far especially for a first move, I would say the garbage disposal is so loud. And the washing machine is also really loud, might be broken Or just old. But other than that it's decent.
