|Recommended: NoNeed better parking and landscaping — The parking situation is absolutely terrible. I have to park out by the clubhouse and then walk all the way to building three regularly, which is not something I look forward to.

|Recommended: YesGreat, but structure of current room is poor — It is a good place. Great people. Loud, especially at night, people outside either yelling or playing music not above me, I do not know where . Quality of some things within the kitchen and bathrooms are poor. Front and balcony door seem to not fully seal which leads to spiders and other bugs. Due to current climate change, there hasn't been too many. Apartment 5000 has a decent amount of spiders and webs in the hallway walkway. Most of my problems within the room itself I believe is due to previous people living filthy and not cleaning along with not reporting problems when something breaks. If it weren't for maintenance, I don't think I would strongly recommend living here. Maintenance is a blessing though. Every staff member is extremely helpful and kind. Best service I've ever experienced.

|Recommended: YesI wish I lived here first — I love living in this community. I have very little trouble with loud neighbors. I originally thought that the distance from campus would be a problem, but I get to campus faster from Lakeside than I did living close to campus. There are multiple ways to get to campus The office staff is also great and SUPER helpful I wish I would have chosen to live here last year Everything is clean, and nothing is broken or dirty. The mattresses are also super comfy I absolutely LOVE my one bedroom

|Recommended: YesLakeside is a very welcoming property. My favorite thing about it id I can't hear my neighbors and they can't hear me — Its very nice and subtle here. They aren't overpriced and have great features and amenities. I'm comfortable with staying here until I graduate
