|Recommended: YesI enjoy living here. — It is nice, but we still have several things in our apartment that need to be fixed. For example, our dishwasher is still broken and has not worked since we moved in. We have called numerous times, but it is not fixed. Besides that, our experience here has been nice. No noise from neighbors and the grounds are pretty.

|Recommended: YesVery nice, but one concern — It is really nice to live here especially as a graduate student. The property is quiet and away from campus. My only issue is I moved in August 3rd it is August 31st, and we still have not recieved our bar top from the renovations.

|Recommended: YesGreat for now — For now I have no problems or don’t see anything being a problem. Most definitely renewing my lease. Awesome price great staff and wonderful parking. Only problem was I wasn’t able to stay with my friends I was put in with two ransoms but I’m fine as long as when the Renew process come back I’m able to be in a apartment with them.

|Recommended: YesCouldn't have been happier to have lived here. — The only difficulty about it is the drive to campus - which really isn't as bad as it seems to be The staff are all friendly and professional, and the space is absolutely fair for the of rent. I only wish I'd chosen to live at Lakeside my junior year as well

|Recommended: YesI really like it — I would say that there isn’t quite enough parking and that maintenance doesn’t respond all too quickly but other than that I love the grounds and I absolutely adore my apartment
