I originally thought that the distance from campus would be a problem, but I get to campus faster from Lakeside than I did living close to campus. There are multiple ways to get to campus The office staff is also great and SUPER helpful I wish I would have chosen to live here last year Everything is clean, and nothing is broken or dirty. The mattresses are also super comfy I absolutely LOVE my one bedroom

They aren't overpriced and have great features and amenities. I'm comfortable with staying here until I graduate

For example, our dishwasher is still broken and has not worked since we moved in. We have called numerous times, but it is not fixed. Besides that, our experience here has been nice. No noise from neighbors and the grounds are pretty.

submitted by Luke T. - |Recommended: YesVery nice, but one concern — It is really nice to live here especially as a graduate student. The property is quiet and away from campus. My only issue is I moved in August 3rd it is August 31st, and we still have not recieved our bar top from the renovations.

Awesome price great staff and wonderful parking. Only problem was I wasn’t able to stay with my friends I was put in with two ransoms but I’m fine as long as when the Renew process come back I’m able to be in a apartment with them.

submitted by Daniel J. - |Recommended: YesCouldn't have been happier to have lived here. — The only difficulty about it is the drive to campus - which really isn't as bad as it seems to be The staff are all friendly and professional, and the space is absolutely fair for the of rent. I only wish I'd chosen to live at Lakeside my junior year as well
