|Recommended: NoKind of regretting signing my lease — The lady that was in the office on Saturday was rude and belittling. My roommates and I did not feel like our concerns were actually being heard. Tyler on the other hand has been AMAZING to work with, and I greatly appreciate her. The industrial-sized garbage cans have been overflowing for days, various things in our apartment are broken, rusted, or filthy. There was hair in the paint, the bathrooms were dirty, the floors were FILTHY, the washer had hair detergent caked into it, and the dryer has rust in it. The office knows all of this, and makes us feel like we are the problem.
Thank you for your feedback Bryanna. Our dumpsters are a bit of an eye sore at the moment however they are working as fast as they can to get it cleaned up. Most apartments in starkville have the same move in day as us and the same trash company, they are working as fast as they can to get all of starkville cleaned up. |Recommended: YesVery clean and updated — I love my apartment. It is small but functional and very clean. I have had no major problems while living here. The staff is super helpful too. The atmosphere is nice and quiet.
