|Recommended: YesClean and beautiful — Lakeside is a very friendly environment The apartments are very nice and give every roommate their own space by having 4 separate bathrooms. The balcony is a wonderful place to sit and study or do homework. The staff is fantastic and very patient with all of my questions

|Recommended: YesCheapest Student Housing — I would describe it as decent. For the price you will not find a higher quality apartment. It is leagues better than MSU housing- it's almost a difference of night and day. If you are in school take the leap witha few friends and come to lakeside. DOWNSIDES the TV didn't work and my blinds broke the week we moved in, plus it is far from campus so you need at least one driver in your group. UPSIDES Thick walls, private showers, Washer dryer, and pre furnished housing. There is also a gym, computer room, and shuttle. I, personally, suggest Lakeside.

|Recommended: YesThe Apartment is exactly what I needed — It is a very nice apartment. The maintenance is fast and good, the front office is knowledgeable and friendly. The actually apartments are nice and have new appliances, and are pretty quiet. All in all, it is all that I was looking for and needed.

|Recommended: NoI believe my experience with this property could have been better. I hope it is changed before I leave. — Don't believe everything you are told. I opted for a renovated apartment when I came for a tour and I was told EVERYTHING would be new. I understand people lived in my room before me but being told that I would have new items, I was expecting NEW items upon arrival, or at least some cleaning to be done. The bathrooms especially looked very disgusting and and the windows were not cleaned. The dumpsters have been overflowing for days.
Thank you for your feedback Daniela. Our dumpsters are a bit of an eye sore at the moment however they are working as fast as they can to get it cleaned up. Most apartments in starkville have the same move in day as us and the same trash company, they are working as fast as they can to get all of starkville cleaned up. |Recommended: YesGood Community — It's a pretty good experience. I rated some 4 stars because I haven't encountered any problems so far with maintenance or have I either lived in other apartments.

|Recommended: NoKind of regretting signing my lease — The lady that was in the office on Saturday was rude and belittling. My roommates and I did not feel like our concerns were actually being heard. Tyler on the other hand has been AMAZING to work with, and I greatly appreciate her. The industrial-sized garbage cans have been overflowing for days, various things in our apartment are broken, rusted, or filthy. There was hair in the paint, the bathrooms were dirty, the floors were FILTHY, the washer had hair detergent caked into it, and the dryer has rust in it. The office knows all of this, and makes us feel like we are the problem.

|Recommended: YesVery clean and updated — I love my apartment. It is small but functional and very clean. I have had no major problems while living here. The staff is super helpful too. The atmosphere is nice and quiet.
