|Recommended: YesBeautiful, quiet, well kept, caring staff — The property is beautiful, the pool is amazing, the volley ball court and disk golf course is fun and exciting. So much to do just on the grounds alone. It's minutes away from grocery stores and offers transportation to and from campus multiple times a day. The appliances are slightly outdated, but the furniture is new and inviting.

|Recommended: YesWonderful apartments, you get your money's worth — The only complaint would be noise. The washing machines in mine and my neighbor's units can sound like a freight train sometimes. Occasionally my neighbors can bang around a little too loudly, but those are it. Everything else is amazing and has made my second year at MSU really great. I always look forward to coming back to my apartment. The grounds are constantly being cleaned to look its best, and the staff have always been willing to help me with smiles on their faces. Though prices can be a bit much for the double and single units, in my opinion it has been well worth it

|Recommended: YesClean, organized, and reliable — Lakeside has a lot of different amenities for a low price and the apartments are up to date. The office staff is nice and professional and the overall clubhouse is very modern and clean.

|Recommended: YesLease Agreement - Collin Adkins — I got a chance to work with Kristi from the Sales Office and she was extremely helpful as I had some trouble accessing the files. After a few text messages, we arrived at a fix and completed the task.

|Recommended: YesGreat for Commuting — The location may seem like it’s far from MSU and The Cotton District, but I think it’s pretty convenient to be located next to the bypass since it provides an alternate route to campus so I can avoid the always crowded Highway 12.

|Recommended: YesNice place for the price you pay. — I have lived here for about 3 years now, and it's been good. It's cheap but doesn't feel like a low-income apartment. Any problems I've had, have fixed almost immediately. Their office is always friendly and extremely helpful. The only problems I have really had have been finding a parking spot after a late night at work during the school months. Overall it's not a bad place to live for students looking for a place to stay.
