|Recommended: NoNot too bad but would not recommend. — The inside of the apartments are not bad, and they are updating them so they look even better now. I didn't like how far away from campus they were, especially with HWY 12 traffic it takes forever to get there. They also don't do a good job matching random roommates up. They are not student living. They let people who are not students live there. That would not be a problem if they had respect for exam week and understood that sometimes the inside of the apartment needs to be quiet at times.

|Recommended: YesAmazing for the Price — I would say that it is a great place to live. The only thing that I don't like is overages, but I understand why we have them. The community is nice, the maintenance fixes things in a timely manner.

|Recommended: YesProperty is great wonderful place to stay — It is a good place to stay at. It is very close to town, so it does not take long to get groceries or things of need. Internet access is great, very good connection and can always get your school work done promptly with the services the facility provides. Highly recommend as a place to stay.

|Recommended: YesPretty Nice — I love my apartment and my roommates. The only problem I have is with the people who live below us. Any little noise we make, they start banging on the ceiling. Even if my cat jumps off the bed a couple of times, I hear the people below us bang on the ceiling. It's quite ridiculous and I think the floors are too thin. I know there is not much the apartments can do about this, but they should ask people before they move in if they have a problem with noise. If so, move them to the third floor because you won't be able to hear my cat jumping off the bed from there.

|Recommended: YesQuiet and Peaceful — It's a small apartment complex, which makes it very quiet and peaceful. The staff is very professional and they will help you in a relatively timely manner. The price for the apartments are very affordable. There's very little to complain about this place during my stay. You'll never hear much from your other apartment neighbors unless they are trying really hard to make you hear them.

|Recommended: YesIF YOU ARE THE TYPE WHO STAY ON CAMPUS FOR LONG HOURS, THEN THIS APARTMENT MIGHT NOT BE HELPFUL — Everything is cool rooms, facilities, maintenance, sanitation and friendly staff.
However, if you do not have a car of your own, I wouldn't suggest since it is about 15mins drive away from campus. Shuttles operates from apartment to campus does not stop anywhere and closes at 5 30pm . On a typical Saturday or any other day for instance, you would have to be depending on Uber and taxi for your groceries or other stuffs. Also, shuttles have stricter operation hours during some holidays not consistent .

|Recommended: YesI love living here — I love everything about living here at Lakeside. Everyone here is very nice and they are very prompt when getting things done or helping out the residents. Even my assignment with my random roommates ended up giving me 3 of my best friends all thanks to the office here at Lakeside. I love this place 10 10 recommend it

|Recommended: NoFor the price they are okay. — It is really far from campus and can take 20 up minutes to get to class somedays, the people that live here are always smoking weed so the hallways always smell, the main reasons I moved here was because it was cheap and from the pictures, it looked nice especially the volleyball court. however, the week I moved in I went to play volleyball and the court is unusable and I have talked to almost everyone at the office about and since keep getting told we know and are work on it yet nothing has been done even though I pay for that amenity.
Thanks for your feedback Ethan. Unfortunately the weather has not allowed us to do much outside. The Sand Volleyball is scheduled to be redone and will look brand new when we are finished. We are bringing in new sand, a new net, putting in a weed barrier as well as replacing all surrounding sand barriers. We hope to start this project in the up coming weeks weather permitting.
|Recommended: YesBest in Starkville — Lakeside is amazing The staff is always helpful and fixes any issues in no time at all. The roommate matching is super helpful for when you don't know anyone. The parking is always great, the grounds are amazing, and you literally cannot beat this price. I couldn't see myself anywhere else
