|Recommended: YesOk — The price is very agreeable, the amenities are useful. and the staff is very helpful.. If something breaks, the maintenance staff is quick to respond. Parking can get a little annoying. The biggest turn off though is the noise, the neighbors like to blast their music regardless of the time of day. But on the other hand, I've lived here for almost three years and this is the first year I've encountered this problem.

|Recommended: YesIt could be better. — The walls are paper thin so sometimes neighboring dogs wake you or prevent you from getting to sleep.

|Recommended: YesI LOVE LAKESIDE — There are so many great things to say about Lakeside. I plan to stay here for the remainder of my time here for school. I urge all of my friends to come to live here... literally all the time. The only thing I wish would be different about lakeside is 24 7 availability to the tanning bed... but eh it is not a necessity lol. Also, big props to the staff, every time I come into the clubhouse or see them during inspections they are always smiling and are super helpful Y'all are doing an amazing job Keep it up

|Recommended: NoA cheap apartment for cheap people in a cheap town. — It's really good for the price but ultimately not worth the longer commute to campus.
