|Recommended: YesOutstanding All The Way — Exactly what you want, especially if you don't want to live in the middle of the campus. Just far enough away from MSU to get there quickly, but still close to all the groceries, restaurants, gas, etc. - plus the benefits of less noise, less traffic - especially on sports game days, higher quality rooms and grounds, too.

|Recommended: YesI beleive it is a good property but it is a bit overpriced considering how far it is from campus. — It is a great place to live is very quiet. The rent is a bit overpriced for the location and the drive to campus is pretty long. Overall it is nice and peaceful.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — I would tell them that I love living at Lakeside because maintenance is always there to fix the problems you have. The office staff is always friendly and fast about helping with everything. It is a reasonable distance away from the school, which means the rent will be cheaper and you never have to worry about game-day traffic.

|Recommended: YesIt's been alright — This is a solid first apartment if you are transitioning from dorms to an apartment. However, the space is too small for me personally and the apartments are kind of outdated. Maintenance has been amazing. The staff at the leasing office is friendly enough.

|Recommended: YesSemi-Poor Office Mail — I like living at Lakeside, but have been disappointed with the mail package delivery. Over winter break I ordered a package from Etsy and received a notification that it had been delivered on January 2. When I came back to Starkville on the 4, I checked my mailbox as it was a small package, and also the front office and it wasn't in either. I waited a few days and checked both places again and still did not receive my package. I checked two more times after that, spanning a week and a half, and never received my package. I reached out to the Etsy store and they reached out to the post office who conducted an internal investigation to determine if the package had been lost or stolen. The post office conducted their investigation and confirmed that it had been delivered. After that, I called the front office two more times and they said that they did not have anything. I emailed the staff through the old Lakeside portal about my situation and never got a response. The staff often puts others mail in my mailbox because they do not pay attention to the apartment or mailbox number. Because of this, I cannot get a refund from the store and am left without my package. I am very disappointed that the office brushed me off multiple times and either lost or misplaced my package.
|Recommended: YesFeels like home, truly — This is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in-- and I have lived in many. The staff is always super helpful, friendly, and completely transparent in what is going on. The grounds are kept tip-top shape, and the community as a whole is very pleasant. Not to mention rent rates are unbeatable I will be living here until I graduate for sure

|Recommended: YesGreat experience — Overall it’s a really good place to live noise wise, I never hear my neighbors grounds are clean, people should clean after their dogs a little more construction quality is good staff is amazing etc in the only complaint that I have is that during the summer—the pool closes early and that should not be the case, very early to the point that if you work you can’t access the pool essentially. I really want this to change and know many other residents that share the same sentiments

|Recommended: YesIts a nice first apartment — Living at Lakeside is not the worst thing in the world however, parking is terrible almost all the time, if you don't live on the third floor, you are gonna hear your upstairs neighbors constantly. The staff is really nice however, and any maintenance request put in gets completed quickly.

|Recommended: YesWonderful — I love living at Lakeside. It's quiet and comfortable. It is perfect for college students who are trying to figure out life in general. They accommodate you with your desired living arrangements. Management works really hard to make sure that you are happy. Maintenance is really nice, and they work hard as well. When you need something small or big , they are there to help with a smile on their faces.

|Recommended: YesI think the price is really great, but it is far from the school and town — I would tell them that the rent is fantastic. The staff always do a good job at keep the facilities clean and manicured however, it is a little bit of a commute if you work or go to the university. Also, the noise. I can hear everything happening outside my windows, and occasionally the upstairs neighbor, but not too bad overall.

|Recommended: YesLoveeeeeeee it — I was referred by a friend to live here and I honestly appreciate her for doing so. The environment overall is extremely nice. It’s always clean and quiet. The maintenance team manages their time well and are super friendly, shoutout to AJ The property manager and staff are just as great Love it here

|Recommended: YesOutstanding place to live — Lakeside is a wonderful place. The staff is friendly, the scenery is beautiful, pricing is very reasonable, and they provide transportation to and from school. The clubhouse offers a workout room, pool table, computer lab, and the pool is to die for. What’s not to love about Lakeside It’s the perfect place to live.

|Recommended: YesNice Place to Live — The apartments are nice. The living room feels a little small as do the bedrooms but its not unbearable. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a nice place to live.
